AI Malware Guardian is currently only available for purchase and use in the United States and certain other countries. It is not available in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or countries subject to U.S. sanctions.
Why is this restricted?
As a small independent software developer, we are not yet in a position to meet the compliance obligations that apply to digital goods sold in the European Economic Area (GDPR, VAT MOSS/OSS, DSA). Rather than risk non-compliance, we have chosen to restrict sales to markets where we can fully honor our legal obligations. We hope to expand availability in the future.
